We all watch the Hills, even if we know we’re contributing to the decay of our minds as well as the decay of entertainment. Let’s call it a guilty pleasure. The writers are trying to drudge up a lot of drama this season with Lauren and her friends, but we preferred the days when the commotion was mainly between frenemies Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag.
