Taylor Momsen is back to her old self, at least as an actress! We snapped Taylor, wearing an olive green dress, lots of necklace chains, and platform lace-up boots, filming a scene with Penn Badgley on East 56th Street for Gossip Girl.

She’s a rockstar and an actress, but which one does she do better? After a few month hiatus from Gossip Girl Taylor Momsen was back on set to film scenes. Taylor has been touring with her band The Pretty Reckless. We kind of like Rock Star Taylor the best. You?

Taylor Momsen created a controversy when she dissed Rihanna in an interview to Spin magazine a few weeks ago when she said, “People think pop is rock, and the lines are getting blurred,” she said. “Now Rihanna’s wearing f**king leather jackets, and it’s really annoying.” However, everything seemed to be going just fine when Taylor left the Ed Sullivan after performing with her band, The Pretty Reckless on the David Letterman show.

Taylor Momsen and her band, “The Pretty Reckless” are starting to really make a name for themselves. And they’re good! The band performed at the Puma Social Club, for a Nylon Magazine hosted party, celebrating the release of their first four song EP.
