The Actor with a troubled past left the buildings after presumably having lunch at Judy’s Deli. Nick is scheduled to get back to work on a new production! It’s a feature film called “The Warrior,” which stars Nick Nolte as a recovering alcoholic Vietnam vet who trains his son to compete in mixed-martial arts tournaments. Directed by Gavin O’Connor based a script he co-wrote, “The Warrior” is expected to begin shooting in April.

Perez Hilton is reporting

“MTV must be doing some soul searching at the moment.

The cornerstone of its programming, The Hills, and its related spinoffs aren’t doing so well!

We mentioned on Tuesday that The Hills’ season four finale viewership dropped by more than a million from the last season.

And, now, new reports indicate weak premieres for the NYC version of The Hills, the Whitney Port-starring series The City, and Brody Jenner’s reality competition show, Bromance.

When compared to The Hills season four premiere, The City’s numbers look less than impressive.

The Hills 4 premiere scored 3.5 million viewers and The City, 1.6 million, say TV insiders.

Bromance’s number were dismal.

It managed to attract a paltry 963,000 to its premiere.

Lauren Conrad, et al. are definitely on the OUT list for 2009!”

We saw Kim as she went shopping at H & M Clothing Boutique while filming for her reality show yesterday in West Hollywood, California. Kim pretended not to notice the camera as she just selected random clothing from the racks. We’re diggin’ her Chanel bag but the real star today is Kim’s Louboutin boots. When we saw those on the runway, we thought they were gorgeous but weren’t sure who could pull them off in the day to day. We should have known it would be Kim!

Lilo and Sam tried on boots together and smiled as they paraded around the store flirting with each other. At one point, Samantha grabbed Lindsay by the head with both arms and smiled. The happy couple wore matching white tops decided to go for contrasting pants. Well, you know what they say about old couples starting to dress like each other. We do love that Lilo’s hair is just about back to red. Lindsay and Samantha spent a large amount shopping before they snuck out the back door

Eva was a bit shy to be seen in her workout clothes so the second that she realized that there was a photographer present, she quickly turned around. She went back inside the gym to change and do her hair, thereby not allowing the photographer to get a shot of her looking sweaty from her workout. Eva came out wearing a beautiful blue dress and can be seen carrying a purse and a bag. Eva’s recent advertisement for PETA, where she posed naked, was banned in the USA for being to risque. Thanks for dressing up for us, Eva!
