Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy Osbourne and Mel B and her husband Stephen Belafonte had lunch at the Ivy Restaurant on yesterday in Beverly Hills, California. Heidi wore white Chanel gloves and carried a white Hermes bag. Heidi and Spencer kissed, while Sharon and Ozzy seemed to be enjoying their lunch with gusto! Mel B smiled and posed with fans and, of course, we got the whole group to pose for us out front.
