We guess it’s finally happening! Matthew McConaughey is set to marry his girlfriend Camila Alves in her native country of Brazil! According to theSeattlepi.com: The actor proposed to Alves, the mother of his two children, in December, and they have been busy planning their big day ever since.

The couple, which recently set up home in the actor’s home state of Texas, headed to South America earlier this month for a McConaughey photoshoot and they reportedly used their spare time to scout out possible wedding venues in Sao Paulo.

A source tells Star magazine, “Matthew and Camila were scoping out venues in Brazil. Camila is definitely the one in control of the wedding planning. Matthew likes to act as if she’s ‘dragging’ him here and there, but really he enjoys it…

“Camila always dreamed of getting married in Brazil, and Matthew didn’t need much convincing. He’d pretty much do anything for her, and he’s come to love the country.”
