Phoebe Price and her mother Flora posed for pictures on a chilly Halloween day in Stockholm, Sweden. Phoebe was in town for the premiere of the new James Bond film, Quantum of Solace. She spent the day sightseeing and posing for the camera. Her older mother Flora held an umbrella for her as they walked through the city. Phoebe, you made your mother hold the umbrella? Seriously? We think you should give her a hand next time.
