She was the greatest street photographer and one of our mentors. If you read the obituary on Helen in the Los Angeles Times on Monday, they referred to her as being “more poet than photographer”. We found these words very touching and can compare her work to great modern day paparazzo’s like Jason Mitchell.

Jason is all about making beautiful iconic paparazzi imagery that will make his subject look animated, beautiful and elegant all in one photograph. Today Jason photographed Jennifer Love Hewitt the way that Helen would have done it, in the street.
