It seems like Nicky Hilton and her privileged boyfriend David Katzenberg have been together for ages. We can’t tell you how many shopping trips we’ve accompanied them on, and as you know the saying goes…the couple that shops together, stays together. The two were looking rather annoyed as they exited Fred Segal after shopping there yesterday in Los Angeles, California. The two walked out and didn’t speak or smile as they headed to their car. Oh, come on. Life can’t be that bad, can it?

Nicky talked on the phone for the majority of the walk back to the car, but eventually picked up a conversation with David.

According to reports, when the group was in Park City, Utah for the Sundance Film Festival, Nicky Hilton had a party at Katzenberg’s house and Paris was banned from the bash because of the company she was keeping. Nicky reportedly cannot stand Brittany and refuses to hang out with her. We snapped Nicky and her boyfriend as they left Joan’s On Third yesterday.
