Alan’s Sparkling Morning

Oh, our favorite Scottish pixie Alan Cumming made an appearance at the Movies with a Message morning reception at Earl’s Restaurant in downtown Denver, Colorado. The Creative Coalition and Screen Media Films honored civil rights icons as well as movies with a message and the filmmakers who brought them to the silver screen. Reception also featured highlights from The Fugees’ Pras Michel’s Skid Row, which addressed America’s homeless and Big Rig, a documentary addressing the plight of the American trucking industry.

Alan Won’t Wear Thin

The wonderful Alan Cumming attended a brunch for director Giancarlo Esposito’s film ‘Gospel Hill’ in Denver, Colorado. The brunch was held at Mezcal restaurant as part of The Creative Coalition’s schedule of events during the Democratic Convention. We always love to see some Alan Cumming. He is so darn adorable, don’t you think? Except for maybe his pants…… He has patches on his knees! Those are the type of pants you give a rowdy seven year old so he won’t wear them thin. We won’t be making any jokes about Alan on his knees, because this man doesn’t need to. He is a huge star and we’re glad we ran into him!
