Miley Cyrus catapulted her way up with the latest Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart with “The Climb,” which was recorded by the teen for the Walt Disney/Hollywood/Lyric Street label. Miley’s current tune rests at No. 48. And Billy Ray, who sources say ‘will never not be associated with his signature hit, “Achy, Breaky Heart”—entered said chart at No. 59 with his “Back to Tennessee” single on the Walt Disney/Lyric Street label.’
