A very cold Mayor Michael Bloomberg snuggled up with the Jonas Brothers in New York City, New York. Mayor Bloomberg and the Jonas Brothers waited for the ball to drop as they endured the cold on New Year’s Eve. The Jonas Brothers finished their performance and then huddled up with the Mayor as his daughter Georgina was also involved in the festivities. We would have loved to see the Mayor as part of the act! And is Nick cuddling up a little close with Georgina? Do we sense some chemistry???

“They may be nothing more than three skinny teenagers with nice hair, but they’ve struck fear into the hearts of New York City’s finest.
The New York Police Department – which has heroically handled terrorist attacks, blackouts and riots without a whimper – is being cautious over the “mob scene” that could result when the Jonas Brothers perform in Times Square at Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest on Wednesday night.
According to a source, police officials fessed up to their concerns in a recent meeting with producers of the show.
“So they’re now planning on using extra [security] men for support,” the source says. “It’s going to be crazy because everyone will be in Times Square to watch them perform on the show.”
If the extra cops can’t quell Jonas-mania, maybe Mother Nature can. The forecast for New Year’s Eve is currently a bone-chilling 17 degrees, with a chance of rain or snow. ”

So the screaming fans and car-hopping wasn’t enough for The Jonas Brothers yesterday – they had to go bigger and better! The boys were were filming their music video in downtown Los Angeles, California yesterday. The video appears to take place on the top of a building with the brothers flying in a helicopter. Yes, a helicopter. This must be how they make their escape from the crazy fans they were trying to run away from the day before. Kevin gave us a wave when he spotted us photographing him. Thanks. They are such polite young men.
Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Nick Jonas – collectively known as The Jonas Brothers – took some direction a few days ago in Los Angeles, California on the set of their new flick. The Jonas Brothers filmed a scene where they were in the middle of New York City…which was really Downtown Los Angeles. The Jonas Brothers filmed running scenes and other scenes where the screaming fans were reaching in for them as they exited the roof top of a car. In real life, it appeared that no fans were present. What a relief for them!
