Susan is “The Greatest”
Susan Sarandon was in Sundance to promote her film “The Greatest” that also stars Pierce Brosnan.
Pierce Brosnan and Susan Sarandon star as an affluent couple (The Brewers) whose life is shattered when their oldest son is killed in a car crash. Susan’s character becomes obsessed with her dead son’s last moments and even tries to rouse the driver of the other car out of a coma.
Further adding to the drama, a young woman (Carey Mulligan) claims that she is carrying their late, idealized son’s baby. Sounds like a recipe for a great flick!

Susan Goes to Denver
Susan Sarandon has always had an intense interest in politics, and her husband Tim Robbins has seemed to take that on as his hobby too. We didn’t see him at all in Denver though – must have been stuck filming somewhere. Luckily, Susan was at the DNC in Denver to have her hand in all the activities, and we are bringing you these EXCLUSIVE shots from our very own Christopeher Peterson. Susan was looking relaxed and chatty when she arrived at Earl’s Restaurant in downtown Denver to celebrate the film 14 Women a few days back. The film 14 Women chronicles the life and times of the 14 female Senators in the 109th Congress during the Democratic Convention.

Le (Classy) Deux
Here’s a conversation we would have LOVED to have been privy to! Susan Sarandon and Ellen Burstyn attended the Movies with Messages morning reception at Earl’s restaurant in downtown Denver, Colorado. Both of these veteran actresses have spent time being politically active and we like that they continued this tradition yesterday! The two ladies enjoyed a chat and smiled for us when we asked for a foto. We especially dig Susan’s pants, and think that Ellen is looking radiant for such an early morning appearance.
