More Of Steve Jones To Love!

We’ve had a long relationship with Sex Pistols star Steve Jones throughout the years, so imagine our surprise when he walked right past one of our photographer’s car! We were excited to see Steve who was taking a walk with a male friend in Beverly Hills, California in these EXCLUSIVE shots! Steve Jones was complemented on looking healthy, although he said that he was looking ‘Fat’. Fat? Are you kidding? Look how hunky this rock star looks! We love this bulked up version of Steve, it’s very sexy! There’s just more of Steve to love! He wore flip flops and blue shorts and some scruff. Although we were excited to see him, Steve didn’t know we were his friends at Buzzfoto. Once he realized this, and we brought up Brad Elterman, our own iconic 70’s photographer who is still to be close to him, he gave us a thumbs up and some great shots! It’s great to see you again Steve! Come and hang out some time!

You missed the seventies? Too bad. Everyone is fascinated with that era and all of this stuff is back in vogue.

This photo of Steve Jones from the Sex Pistols was done in our pool over at the legendary 999 N. Doheny building. That historic building was one of the first Buzz Foto apartments three decades ago. You never saw such a scene in that building and the timing was perfect!

It was the summer of ’77 and Jonesy popped over for a swim so we decided to take some fotos. No swimsuit, no problem. He really enjoyed shocking the little old ladies hanging out by the pool.

Steve is on the road with the Pistols this summer and still remains a good pal today.

999 N Dohney

The greatest building in the Seventies was 999 N Dohney and that is where is all first started for us. Everyone lived there at one time or another. Ann Margaret, Sylvester Stallone, PR King Ron Scott and Gossip Queen Janet Charlton. It was non stop parties and starlets!

One day, Sex Pistol Steve Jones came over for a swim with Pistols manager Rory Johnston. Steve stripped off everything and shocked all the nice little old Jewish ladies sunning themselves by the pool. It is a classic shot and sells at galleries around the world today. Today we are still pals with Steve and have massive feedings regularly at Mastros Steak House in Beverly Hills. Check out Steve on Jonesy’s Jukebox on Indie 103.1
