We usually think that Selena Gomez is all-around adorable, but we’ve got to admit that we weren’t loving her look at the CNN HEROES ‘An All-Star TRIBUTE’ event earlier this week in Hollywood, California. No, the dress is okay (if a bit frump), it’s that hair. It looks like some stylist got a little out of hand. It’s so poofy that it looks like poor little Selena is wearing a wig. She could have lost a good 3 or 4 inches and looked much better.

Homes Fit For the Stars

This weekend we have been bringing you the homes of Young Hollywood. Are you ready for more?

Lots of the Disney Stars live within a stoneÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s throw of one another but it is said that Vanessa Hudgens was specifically looking for a home closer to Zac EfronÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s apartment complex.

She just recently purchased a new home that does shorten the space between her boyfriend. Here it is:

How much did this pad cost her? Only $2.75 million. DonÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t fret, Vanessa got a great deal on the digs. The house was recently priced at $3,299,000.

This fantastic house with its old-world Tuscan-style architecture that looks over L.A.’s city lights, has six bedrooms and 6Ã‚Â½ bathrooms and is 5,200 square feet. The house comes complete with a Pebble Tec pool and spa, waterfalls, cabana and a barbecue island on the property. Inside are Thermador appliances and copper sinks in the kitchen. It has a wine cellar with glass doors. Pretty nice huh?

Selena Gomez is certainly a fan of frozen yogurt – we’ve seen her go at it a couple times. And yesterday, she was clutching two large pots of the stuff when we caught her making a stop at her local yogurt store in North Hollywood on her way to a friends house for Halloween celebrations in Los Angeles, California. Selena Gomez looked great in a long navy blue cardigan, matching jeans and black boots. Wonder if one of those tubs was for a friend, or was it all for Selena?

Selena had earlier attended the Whitley Kros Spring/Summer 2009 runway on and decided to take in more fashion. Selena looked lovely in a chocolate crunched turtleneck and a cutaway shoulder top paired with denim leggings.

Selena Gomez went for a mini shopping spree yesterday at the Beverly Center in Beverly Hills, California. The Disney starlet went shopping for makeup with her mom – though we can’t imagine that this fresh-faced beauty needs much covered up. The cute young actress looked relaxed in a pair of blue jeans and a singlet top. A security guard kept close tabs on the actress – we’re thinking he was hired by Disney to protect their next cash cow.

Selena Gomez decided to take things easy last night when we saw her in Studio City. She was looking quite her age in a pair of jeans and a t-shirt when we saw Selena and her family faving dinner at Firefly restaurant and bar. Selena’s shirt features a picture of Madonna, who probably had a #1 hit long before Selena was even born! Still, Madge seems to be a model for any young aspiring starlet, so we think Selena is in good company or not, even if she grew up singing Ray of Light instead of Like a Virgin.

We called it ages ago – the always adorable Selena Gomez is going to be the new Disney teen sensation! We think she’s going to knock Hannah Montana back to the boondocks one of these days. Selena at 15 is just a young girl, but she’s already developing a strong work ethic. She put herself through the PR ringer yesterday, making appearances on Regis and Kelly, The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet and ending it all at MTV’s TRL in New York City, New York. Selena must have been pooped but she wasn’t too tired to pose for a few photos as well as sign some autographs for her fans. Now that’s dedication! We think she’s going places.

Selena Gomez is currently starring as Alex Russo on the Disney Channel Original Series, Wizards of Waverly Place, and by no means do we think that she’s hit her high point. Selena is going to be around for a looong time, we predict. She’s part of Disney’s new stable of stars along with her BFF Demi Lovato, though we do hope that her career looks more like Hilary or Hayden and less like Lindsay. We saw Selena out with her mom, Mandy Teefy and her step dad, Brian Teefy, and a friend yesterday in West Hollywood. The family was attending a gallery show at the Pop Factory Gallery for Fine Art. Selena smiled and was very friendly as she waited with her family for her car in her little black dress. She gave her peace sign and stated that she has her own peace sign unlike that of Miley Cyrus. Well, good for you Selena, because we were getting sick and tired of Miley’s. Selena at one point looked adoringly up at her step dad. Aw, how sweet. We predict good things for you, Selena, as long as you keep your head on straight!
