Boy oh boy, Russell Crowe is very serious about losing weight! HeÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s only been snapped lately either eating healthy or working out! We got these EXCLUSIVE fotos of Russell as he got something to eat with a male companion at Euro Caffe in Beverly Hills, California. Russell Crowe was sporting his usual clothes, his biking clothes! Come on Russell, someone as famous as you can at least get a few sets of different work out clothing! Let’s hope when he makes the new Robin Hood film he doesn’t show up on screen in this!

Russell Crowe is Still Working It!

Hollywood Actor Russell Crowe is still working out and working on losing the 50 pounds he gained in the Ridley Scott film “Body of Lies.” And he doesnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t have much time! Come February, Russell will begin filming “Nottingham,” another Ridley film. The movie is supposed to take a different view of the whole Robin Hood legend. Expect Russell to play two roles, that of the heroic Robin and also the Sheriff of Nottingham. Russell Crowe told reporters: “There’s no point in making a second best Robin Hood film. We have to do it with the thought in mind that we’ve got the chance of making the best Robin Hood movie ever.”

Can we add that we think it is fabulous the Russell is losing weight the healthy way. In Hollywood, trust us, there are so many crazy and unhealthy ways to shed the pounds. Russell is taking the high road, and riding your bike everywhere can’t hurt the environment either! Good job Russell!

It might be that Russell, who is a natural athlete, wants to shed the pounds he gained from his last role, Body of Lies. Russell was spotted riding his bike in Beverly Hills, California. Russell Crowe has been seen exercising a lot lately and was seen riding a bicycle as he left the Euro Caffe and then headed back to his Beverly Hills home. Russell chose safety first and wore a bicycle helmet.

Russell Crowe was sans kids yesterday when he went for a stroll with his wife Danielle Spencer in Los Angeles, California. Russell and his lady spent the day Christmans shopping on Black Friday. The couple held hands as they crossed the street. Russell wore a Woolloomoolo sweatshirt from the town where he lives when he’s back in Australia, which is rumored to means “Field of Blood” due to the aboriginal battles that took place there back in the day. Now that’s fierce.

Russell Crowe has certainly been attached to his kids lately – we haven’t seen him without them in months. That’s cool in our book…the parents in Hollywood who pawn their kids off on nannies annoy us. We snapped these fotos a couple days ago on little Santa Monica Street in Beverly Hills. Russell sat his boys on a bench outside the Jim Wayne Salon as he drank a cup of coffee – must have been the heat getting to him! His son wore a shirt which says, ‘My Dad Rocks’. Well, even devoted Dads like to toot their own horns once in awhile…and apparently smoke too.Ã‚Â Naughty naughty, Russell!

Russell Crowe’s Biker Gang

Looks like Russell Crowe is doing his part to minimize pollution – why, through biking of course! And on Rodeo Drive of all places. Russell and a companion biked over to Tom’s Toy Store, where the actor purchased a couple things…presumably for one of his young children. The two stowed their packages on their bikes and then rolled off into the sunset…not without a little mishap there at the end. We’re grateful that Russell did not wear spandex biking shorts. It is not a good look for anyone.

It is summer in Australia and perhaps Russell and Co. wanted to enjoy the sunshine in L.A. as well. Russell and Danielle are both wearing hats that sport the logo of the South Sydney Rabbitohs, a rugby team of which Russell Crowe is partial owner.
