Alec Baldwin was all sorts of relaxed and chatty when we saw him signing autographs at Barnes and Noble yesterday in New York City, New York. After winning his Emmy on Sunday in LA, Alec decided to go for a smaller venue to promote his new book A Promise to Ourselves at the Barnes and Noble store at Lincoln Center and Columbus Circle. Alec insisted his new book about California divorce law will be a self-help guide for fathers fighting custody battles. Outside Barnes and Noble protesters walked around while he left the store unaffected. We do wonder why Richard Dreyfuss sat in the back of the signing – are these two friends or does Richard need the book for himself?
