Actor and first-time director Philip Seymour Hoffman was all bundled up against the cold yesterday as we saw him stroll to the set of his latest play Jack Goes Boating. Rehearsal was taking place in the West Village in New York City, New York, which is no surprise. Hoffman is well-known as being a fan of the City. What is he not a fan of? Being shot candid. Aw, come on, you’re a movie star now, bub. If you look closely, you can see him peeking up to catch a glimpse of our camera firing away!

Philip Says Hello

Academy Award-winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman returned home after a Sunday brunch in Soho today in New York City, New York. Philip welcomed a new daughter into his family in October with costume designer Mimi O’Donnell. He may also be welcoming a new Oscar into the family with his film starring Meryl Streep titled Doubt.
