Radiant or Tired?

Spanish beauty Penelope Cruz appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman in New York City, New York last night. She arrived for the show wearing a black blouse and a printed skirt and then later emerged wearing a beautiful black dress. She wore the dress for the interview and Letterman thought she looked radiant. Penelope said she disagreed, she felt she looked tired. What do you think?
