Seems like yesterday when we were standing outside of Cherokee Recording Studios on Fairfax Blvd waiting for David Bowie to emerge. That is Paul Buckmaster with him in the car. They had been in the studio all evening working on the legendary record Man Who Fell To Earth record.
So, guess how many paparazzi were standing out there with us? Right, zero. We were a bit ahead of our time. If there happened to be a couple of other paparazzi out there trying to get this foto, it would have been totally cool. Back then, everyone got along, shared information and made sure that we all go the shot. Does that happen today, thirty years later?
