Miley Cyrus has had her share of plenty of underage controversies, so why not another? Luckily we snapped the 17 year-old pop singer behaving as she left Gemini 14, a Color Bar Salon after spending 9 hours inside with her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth in New York City. Miley covered her head with a sweater but was seen laughing in the back seat of her SUV with Liam. If she’s going to go to a bar, at least it’s to color her hair!

The two ladies visited the local Nail Spa and Tanning Salon in Studio City, California. Miley drove herself with mom in an Audi and was happy to pose for photographers. Radiohead Disses Miley (Again)

We love Radiohead! Not only are the incredible musicians, they also know how to put someone in their place. They did just that with teen pop star, Miley Cyrus. Someone call the Karma Police!
MTV is reporting: “Last week, Miley went on the radio and shared an anecdote about how excited she was about finally having the chance to meet Radiohead at the Grammys — only to be told the guys “don’t really do that.” So, she said, “I left, ’cause I was so upset. I wasn’t going to watch [them perform]. Stinkin’ Radiohead! I’m gonna ruin them. I’m going to tell everyone.”

The band wasn’t amused by her story. “When Miley grows up, she’ll learn not to have such a sense of entitlement,” the band told the new issue of Us Weekly in a statement.”

We caught up with Miley last night as she and boyfriend Justin Gaston had a romantic dinner at Mr. Chows Restaurant in Beverly Hills, California. Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston came out of the restaurant using the side door and were surrounded by the paparazzi.

Miley Cyrus and her alleged boyfriend Justin Gaston took a bike ride together a few days ago in Los Angeles, California. If Miley and Justin don’t match in age, then they certainly match in fashion, since they were looking very matchy-matchy in white t-shirts and shorts and tennis shoes. They rode to where they met up with Miley’s father. Billy Ray Cyrus seemed to be out walking his dogs and at one point all three of them waved to the photographers. Billy Ray Cyrus gave Justin a high five in front of the photographers. We guess that that’s the seal of approval in Disney-speak.

We saw Miley yesterday as she left the McGraw-Hill Building on Sixth Avenue under cover of umbrella in New York City, New York. The owner of the shop looked to name another of his shakes after a star, this time after Miley Cyrus, presumably in order to boost sales. The fattening treat, sold in a health conscious West Hollywood has been named after several celebs including the Paris shake which includes Reeces Peanut Butter cup, chocolate sauce and Cadbury Flakes, the Britney shake, the Kardashian shake, the Shake-Ira, the Angelina Shake, the Tom Kat shake, the Lindsay shake, and even the Obama shake that has strawberries and whipping cream. Miley smiled as she posed with attendees, all the while holding her little dog.

They decided to issue paparazzi photographers with a formal ‘Notice of Nuisance and Demand to Cease and Desist.’ It seems that the neighborhood has had it with the swarms of paps that camp outside MileyÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s house. We canÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t be sure, but we think they might want to take the issue up with the Cyrus family themselves. Miley, who has been known to romance the press and the paps always smiles for us and gives us great shots. Where would Miley be without the paparazzi? The neighbors donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t seem to care much about her fame but are rather annoyed by it. At least our photographers always keep their distance and are respectful! Miley loves Buzzfoto!

The girl of the year, Miley Cyrus stopped by Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt store to get some ice cream in North Hollywood, California. Miley kept it cool as she walked down the street and smiled for our photographer. Miley was recently compared to Madonna by
Veteran video director Brett Ratner who has worked with Madonna, Mariah Carey, Diddy, Jessica Simpson, Wu-Tang Clan and many others.

“She reminded me a lot of Madonna,” Ratner told MTV News. “And I hate saying that, but what I mean is, like Madonna, she can be hanging out and laughing, and then you put the camera on her and it’s like, ‘Holy sh–!’ ”

Purity Ring? More like PR ring. One of these self-proclaimed virgins is anything but. On a recent tour, this performer was so wasted during the meet and greet that they didnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t notice that a groupie had a cell phone filming parts of the sheninagans. The video footage wasn’t too salacious, but against image. Where were the handlers on this one? They are usually on top of this sort of thing, but the only thing on top was our performer, and what a performance! Time will tell if this video makes it into mainstream media. If so, look for a quick denial and some charity work. That kind of cover-up worked well for them last time.

Miley Got Hit with the PR Stick

Miley Cyrus aka “Hannah Montana” went bicycle riding on her pink and white flower bicycle along with a female friend yesterday in Beverly Hills, California. Miley was ringing a bell on her handle bars, laughing and having a great time. While riding, Miley and her friend stopped and looked at a two story home for sale. Miley stated that she wished she could buy the house. A bystander stated that she could probably buy the home if she wanted to. Miley replied, “I’m only a kid”. Right, right. That’s what any 15-year-old would say. Miley’s had a PR team help cultivate her image. She still needs to be a “kid” so all those millions of American kids will keep buying her stuff. We know the real Miley though, and trust us. She’s not that innocent.

Hannah Montana (a.k.a. Miley Cyrus) enjoyed herself yesterday at an amusement park in Santa Monica. The mega-star took a break from filimg what’s to be another Disney hit to ride some rollercoasters. It’s nice to see Miley enjoying a little down time; no matter how much you hate Miley and her whole scene or whatever, you have to admit that she works harder than half of the celebs hitting red carpets and nightclubs in Hollywood today. While she may not be setting a top-notch image with all of these fotos of her being released doing naughty things, we all must be honest with ourselves – she is certainly not the only teen girl taking pictures like that.Ã‚Â Take one look at Facebook or MySpace and you’ll see the same thing (only the girl in the picture will be lying and saying that she’s 18).Ã‚Â And at least she’s not getting DUIs and throwing fits in nightclubs.Ã‚Â

Miley the Money Maker

Miley Cyrus might be just a kid but she’s a total cash cow to Disney and to herself (or the trust fund set up in her name, at least). So it makes perfect sense that there is a Hannah Montana movie coming out. Our photographer was on the set yesterday to see Miley and the talented Vanessa Williams film a scene. The two are, obviously, shopping on Rodeo Drive and carrying all kinds of shopping bags from various clothing boutiques. Traffic was stopped on the real Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills so the filming could commence. Anything for Hannah Montana.

Surf’s Up, Miley

Miley Cyrus put that blonde wig on her head again to film scenes from an upcoming Hannah Montana movie. Miley’s been in and out of the waters in Malibu filming a movie that is sure to be a big hit or a terrible miss. It’s clear that Miley has been getting more frisky, but from the looks of it, her cast is getting a bit looser too; check out her buff co-star that plays a lifeguard. Now let’s just see if the parents of Miley’s fan are ready to let their kids get a little rowdy.

Capturing A Moment!

There were a ton of paparazzi on the beach in Malibu photographing Miley Cyrus yesterday. Everyone of those paparazzi are waiting to capture that one special moment.

This is certainly one that stands out. We do not really care about what was happening on the set as that is all too dated within hours.

This one photo can tell a story and more importantly it will have a good archive life. As we always say, these fotos keep on selling.

Annie vs. Miley

What a to-do today over Miley Cyrus‘s spread in Vanity Fair! We read the interview and saw the picture and we don’t understand the hullabaloo (frankly the foto of Miley on her father’s lap was way weirder). In a statement today, Annie Liebovitz called Miley’s foto “beautiful” and we totally agree! But then again we are super fans of Annie’s and we really like the work she does. Also, why was Miley so upset about the interview? It seemed perfectly legit to us.
What do you think of Miley’s foto in Vanity Fair? Too racy, or just another story that the talking heads are blowing out of proportion?

Miley is Steering

Looks like Miley Cyrus is one of THOSE sisters – the teen queen planted a hand firmly on the noggin of her little sister yesterday for most of the time we were with her yesterday. Miley, her sister, and Mummy Tish all went for lunch at Lucy’s 51 in Los Angeles yesterday. Miley, of course, smiled and flirted for the cameras, but we were shocked at her wet hair! Miley, didn’t your mother ever tell you that you’d catch your death of cold if you left the house with wet hair? Oh well, she looked pretty lively in this set. We think her little sister’s purse is adorable – wonder if she’ll follow in the family business someday too?

Now HERE’S something you don’t see every day in our business – a star drinking a full-sugar soda! Little Miley Cyrus was chugging away on a can of Classic Coke when we saw her in Los Angeles yesterday. Hmm, could Miley be set to promote the soda company? Maybe – she’s certainly the hot shiz lately. Miley was headed into the studio, where she’s been seen often lately. That girl has a work ethic beyond her years. She flashed us the peace sign as she walked in with that super cute Balenciaga bag over her arm.

Miley Lives In The Studio

If we had to give Miley Cyrus a gift today, we’d get a huge box and fill it with Red Bull, a college-dorm sized fridge, a shower kit, and a sleeping bag! She’s been in the studio non-stop lately and we figure if she just stays there for a few days at a time, she’d save money on gas for her SUV. We got these fotos as Miley pulled some long hours in a Los Angeles recording studio yesterday. She didn’t look to tired in her maroon tracksuit, flip-flops, and Balenciaga bag (a designer that she seems to be loving as of late). We have a lot of respect for a teen who can manage to work this hard and still be friendly.

Dog Detectives Love Ivy

Miley Cyrus celebrated her newfound detective skills a few days ago with a dinner at Ivy! Remember when Miley helped a friend search for Bunny, the lost Maltese? Well, after they found her, Miley and her mom and friends took off for a celebratory dinner at the Ivy Restaurant in Beverly Hills. And of course, we were there to document the occasion. Miley flipped her hair around while the photogs were taking her pic, and smiled. She also flashed us her newest symbol – the peace sign. We love Miley’s cute cute cute Balenciaga handbag.

Miley Cyrus is everywhere! Yesterday, she was out taking her friend Mandy Jiroux and her mom Tish Cyrus out to dinner at Ivy Restaurant in Beverly Hills. Miley was carrying a Baleciaga bag, and Mandy must love designer accessories just as much as Miley considering that she toted around a hug Louis Vuitton bag throughout the evening. Miley was all smiles, as usual. she really seems to be enjoying her current success.

Please Remove The Gum, Miley!

We love Miley Cyrus just as much as any other photographer or any middle-school tween girl. Hey, we probably love her more (than the other photogs that is; we could never surpass the love, or maybe it’s obession, of the tweeny-boppers). But Miley, please remove the gum before being photographed. It’s hard to make Miley look bad in any light, but the gum is a problem. But it still makes for a great and entertaining foto! Say AH!
