We really thought that their relationship was a well-orchestrated showmance, but we tend to believe that Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon are the real deal…partially because of those indignant MySpace messages to some haters that were leaked a few weeks ago. In either case, the happy couple was looking well yesterday when they exited their apartment building before heading off to the airport. Mariah was in New York City to record new songs, and earlier in the evening she twittered that she was in the studio working on music with her back up singers. Guess Nick came along for moral support.

You know you’re rich when you want to buy a house that has its own name. (We actually wouldn’t be surprised if this house had its own area code!)

Mariah Carey isn’t hit by these hard economic times because she could plunk down $125 million for Fleur deLys. Fleur de Lys is the name of the World’s most expensive mansion, and it sits in the green mountains of Beverly Hills.

Sources say Mariah and her hubby Nick Cannon have spent three months house hunting and are ready to bid on the pricey digs. (No word yet on what she is actually paying for the pad.)
The record breaking estate was built by a Texan billionaire, David Saperstein and features 15 bedrooms, a 50-seat cinema, staff quarters for 10, a nine-car garage and a private jogging track.

How often is it when you can get a private sitting with the queen diva herself, Mariah Carey in the greatest city in the world? Actually, it was not a private sitting, we are embellishing a bit there, but the photos are still sensational.

It was actually a paparazzi session that our young paparazzo, Justin Campbell, did yesterday over at TRL Studios in Times Square. So how did Justin pull this one off? Easy.. charm and talent. At the end of the day that Parsons student always ends up with an iconic photo. We are waiting for that call from MOMA!

Mariah Carey and her youthful husband Nick Cannon went shopping for vases and furniture together at ‘Diva Group’ on Robertson Blvd yesterday in Beverly Hills, California. This surprises us – we thought these two would be tired of playing house by now. Mariah chose champagne for her beverage while Nick sipped on a Jamba Juice drink. Oh please, now they HAVE to be just screwing around with us. The joke writes itself. The couple was particularly interested in an orange vase during their hour-long shopping spree. Nick wore a ‘Stop Hating’ t-shirt. Oh, we’re not hating, Nick. Just laughing.

Wow, for being publicity whores, it sure was tough to get these two in the same frame – they departed the restaurant separately and then met up in the same car. Mimi, of course, was posing for her life as she left the restaurant guided by a bodyguard. The couple was mobbed by the paparazzi as they left in the car.

It’s amazing how one woman can maintain such a youthful air and glow about her as she heads into her 40′s, and we’re not sure how she does it. Our friends across the pond in London, England got this breathtaking shot of Mariah as she left the BBC offices of Radio 1. The breeze only seems to be hitting her, as if she was from another universe. Maybe she is, because we don’t know anyone who looks this fabulous at 40.

Mariah Carey was out this weekend looking better than ever. We spotted her at Villa Lounge in West Hollywood this weekend. She was escorted by a large gentleman, and she looked pretty happy to be and be seen with him. She was also holding a white rose, which we assume came from the man. We’re so happy that Mariah has found somebody that she enjoys spending time with.

And bonus points for anyone who can name Mariah’s friend in the red hat and Ed Hardy tee. Hint: She’s a former rapper and star of the Surreal Life. Any guesses?

We saw Mariah Carey sneaking into Lenny Kravitz’s apartment building on Crosby Street in New York City, New York, on February 13, 2008, to shoot, according to an inside source, the cover photograph for her upcoming album ‘E=MC2′. Mariah Carey wears a custom-made Van Cleef and Arpels diamond butterfly ring, a conservative tan trenchcoat and Christian Louboutin ankle boots (LOVE THEM!). She arrived in her black Maybach along with three other SUVs. The shoot lasted from 3pm to 5am and took place in the penthouse apartment where flashes lit up the night from the rooftop on a rainy night in Manhattan.

Diamonds Are A Paparazzo’s Best Friend
