LeAnn Rimes and her super fabulous dancer husband Dean Sheremet left a medical building yesterday in Los Angeles, California. The two looked very happy together as they held hands and carried a shopping bag. LeAnn was happy to smile for our photographer but we can’t help but think that she’s looking awfully thin!
