Yeah, yeah, you already know what we’re going to say in this caption, don’t you? Well, we will refrain from any truly mean comments, but yikes, Kirstie Alley! Kirstie seems to have gained back every pound and then some from her weight loss a few years ago in these EXCLUSIVE fotos. Kirstie grabbed some food from Dusty’s restaurant and later skipped out in a hurry yesterday in Los Feliz, California.

Believe it or not, there was a time when celebrities would permit you to photograph them at home! Yes it is true and the most incredible thing was that you did not have to pay them. They all hired publicists who would make all of the arrangements and the words “hair” and “makeup was not even in their vocabulary! Magazines all over the world would gobble up these photos. The biggest market in the world was Spain. Hola, Lecturas and Semana magazines would pay a small fortune and the competition was almost nil.
This photo of Kirstie Alley was taken at her home around 1982. Kristie was a joy to work with and we could have had her stand on her head if we wanted. Her friend Mimi Rogers showed up and wanted to have her photo taken too. This was years before Mimi even met Tom Cruise.
These kind of photos are impossible to make today. Just too much control and greed. It is all about milking more money out of their brand. Can we blame them? At the end of the day, over produced photos are not even that popular today with magazines or their readers. Home story photos lack the style and provocative nature of paparazzi photography which is so exciting today. Your thoughts…

Kirstie Alley hired a publicist back in 1980 to book her interviews and photo sessions. That is when we did this shoot at her home in the San Fernando Valley. During the photo shoot, her friend Mimi Rogers showed up and wanted to join in on the session. Ah, life and doing a photo shoot was so easy back then!
