American Idol Finalist Kellie Picker joined Host Ryan Seacrest as a guest host in Times Sqaure for the New Year’s Eve Celebration in New York City, New York. A super happy Kellie joined in the crowds to interview freezing fans who braved the cold icy weather to bring in the new year 2009.
