We were are guilty of a Paparazzi attack on a national treasure, Joni Mitchell. We were young at the time and we needed the thirty five bucks from Music Life in Japan. Joni, can you please forgive us?

This scene took place around 1976 as Joni left On The Rox nightclub on the Sunset Strip.

The year was 1976 and Joni Mitchell was music royalty. In fact, she still is. Joni did not go out much and magazines around the world especially in Japan were always asking for her photograph. Since she was not very happy having her photo taken, we had to take the Paparazzi Approach for this iconic photo of her leaving The Roxy on the Sunset Strip. It was all great fun and she had a laugh, but this was the birth of Paparazzi in the Seventies and Buzz Foto was, of course, there.
