John Lithgow at Il Sole
TV and stage star John Lithgow and his wife Mary Yeager enjoyed a delicious dinner at Il Sole Restaurant a few nights ago in West Hollywood, California. They attended at the same time as John’s Broadway castmate Katie Holmes – perhaps the two wanted to catch up in L.A.? John was in high spirits as he left the restaurant. He opened the door for his wife and paid the valet with a twenty dollar bill. Thanks to Il Sole for always playing kind host to many stars and photogs alike.

Friendly Fun
Actor John Lithgow stepped out of the Stage Door of the Schoenfeld Theater after performing in ‘All My Sons’ and was presented with a group of fans wanting autographs. John kindly obliged and signed photos for the crowd. John was pleasant and very friendly. We love celebs who don’t mind mingling with the folks who make them famous!

No Upstaging Please
We’ve really missed John Lithgow on the small screen – Third Rock From the Sun was a (rare) funny sitcom. So we’re glad that John is still getting work as Joe Keller in Arthur Miller’s World War II play, All My Sons. John has a stellar group of costars, including Katie Holmes, Dianne Wiest, and Patrick Wilson. The play is going to premiere at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre in New York City, and we’re hoping it’ll do well. John was sporting a ‘Gran Teatro La Fenice’ cap from the famous opera house in Venice, Italy when we snapped this foto yesterday.
