Jewel had an active day in Hollywood as she made the rounds on just one crutch! She attended the Latisse Clothing Boutique Launch Party in Los Angeles, California and her injury didn’t seem to stop her. Jewel reportedly developed tendinitis in both of her knees and is in talks to back out of her stint of Dancing With the Stars. All the bad news didn’t stop her from smiling last night!
Remember Jewel Kilcher, aka Jewel? The Alaskan poet/songstress has seemed to have kept her Hollywood-ish reinvention as a pop tart. We caught her having dinner at the ever-trendy Mr Chow restaurant in Beverly Hills, California. Jewel looked funky in bright green hoop earrings. Not at all like the little overall-wearing backwoods gal with an acoustic guitar. Remember that terrible pop video she put out a couple years back? We don’t get why people decide to glam it up when the whole Aw Shucks thing is working for them.
