This NBA Player on the East Coast claims that he hurt his leg on the court in front of screaming fans. That is somewhat true… We hear he really has been given less playing time so he devised a plan to get hurt to get more press. The owner’s of the team told him that he was there in the first place to sell tickets, so in a twisted sense of responsibility, we suppose he’s trying to do just that by playing on the sympathy angle until he heals, and grab as many fans in the process.

Which B list television ‘Actress’ is so addicted to plastic surgery, virtually everything on her body has been altered? Here’s the twist, it’s not who you would think by looking at her. Apparently, her addiction to the knife doesn’t have anything to do so much with aging or body image, she’s seduced by the fact that no one ever suspects she’s had any work done. She gets off on fooling everyone. There were rumors once or twice on a nose job, but her work is so artfully and subtly done, it’s hard to tell!

Breaking News: Marcia Cross’s Husband is Battling Cancer

We have learned that Marcia Cross’s husband, Tom Mahoney is currently battling cancer.

“He is currently under treatment and is responding very well,” the actress’s rep Heidi Slan told People.com.

The two were married in June 2006, and have 23-month-old fraternal twin daughters, Eden and Savannah. No further details on his condition have been released but our hearts go out to the couple and their family.

“MTV must be doing some soul searching at the moment.

The cornerstone of its programming, The Hills, and its related spinoffs aren’t doing so well!

We mentioned on Tuesday that The Hills’ season four finale viewership dropped by more than a million from the last season.

And, now, new reports indicate weak premieres for the NYC version of The Hills, the Whitney Port-starring series The City, and Brody Jenner’s reality competition show, Bromance.

When compared to The Hills season four premiere, The City’s numbers look less than impressive.

The Hills 4 premiere scored 3.5 million viewers and The City, 1.6 million, say TV insiders.

Bromance’s number were dismal.

It managed to attract a paltry 963,000 to its premiere.

Lauren Conrad, et al. are definitely on the OUT list for 2009!”

He says:

Scandalous! You may or may not know that the lovely and fiesty Heather Locklear was arrested in Santa Barbara, California, on Saturday on suspicion of driving while under the influence. Our good buddy Perez Hilton reported that the actress was put in the slammer but released not too much later without posting bail. But get this, the mystery substance that was the bad Ã¢â‚¬ËœinfluenceÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ to her driving was not alcohol! This is causing a buzz at the police station leading everyone to believe it was either drugs or medication cruising through her system. There have been rumors that Heather has had some issues with the bottle, (you know, the alcohol bottle kind and the pill bottle kind). LetÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s hope this is the wakeup call she needs to get back on track and sober.

Marcia Cross and an assistant stopped at the Coffee Bean for an afternoon snack yesterday in Glenwood, California. We don’t blame her for having a helper – Marcia must have her hands absolutely full! This is what a genius marketing woman looks like, folks. It’s a new millennium, and simple advertisements don’t cut it anymore. Purity Ring? More like PR ring. One of these self-proclaimed virgins is anything but. On a recent tour, this performer was so wasted during the meet and greet that they didnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t notice that a groupie had a cell phone filming parts of the sheninagans. The video footage wasn’t too salacious, but against image. Where were the handlers on this one? They are usually on top of this sort of thing, but the only thing on top was our performer, and what a performance! Time will tell if this video makes it into mainstream media. If so, look for a quick denial and some charity work. That kind of cover-up worked well for them last time.

Heroes in Rewind

We’re still a bit pissed that season two of Heroes sucked so much, but we have high hopes for the new one! Part of what makes us happy? Apparently we’re going into flashback mode, from what we can tell from these fotos of Milo Ventimiglia and Sendhil Ramamurthy. The two seemed to be back in their Season One getups for an episode of Heroes in downtown Los Angeles a couple days ago. Milo and Sendhil walked the street with a few hot girls in the background, and joked around with each other. They’re both happily taken, so there was no hanky panky with the extras.

The girl everyone is rooting for, our friend Britney Spears, had an unique shopping experience at Paige Clothing Boutique along the trendy Robertson Blvd in Beverly Hills, California.
Out of no where some big, beefy security dude representing a Police Body Guard company flipped out a pepper spray pen and gave it to Britney. It took her off guard and she was a little shocked and unnerved. Poor Britney! The bold move by the security-guard-for-hire should make Sheriff Lee Baca of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department happy that celebrities such as Britney are considering not using taxpayer dollars, but instead are looking for alternative means of finding their own security. We wonder if there is an easier (and not so strange) way of advertising for yourself, than sticking a weapon in a starletÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s face!

Fred Dryer is basically known for only one role – Hunter, which aired during the 80′s. Fred has tried to get the character back onto the small screen several times though. So why is this foto of note? Well, we just like Fred’s arm candy. We saw him taking a stroll along Rodeo Drive while holding a little toddler in Beverly Hills, California. Hmm, who’s the baby? Doesn’t matter, Fred was getting what he wanted. Holding a toddler worked to get a young lady’s attention as she chatted him up after they crossed the street.Ã‚Â If a man has either a puppy or a baby, he can usually meet all the chicks he wants.

Whitney Port, one of the less important stars on The Hills, attended a private party that doubled as a film-set yesterday in Beverly Hills. The show has started taping new episodes (as you know of course) and we’re happy to see that she’s returning to the series. She doesn’t add that much, and she’s kinda boring, but not everyone can be a scene stealer. She’s necessary to make everyone else look more interesting. Now that dress she’s wearing says that she may not be entirely satisfied with being in the background.

When some people fall out of the limelight, the hit the bottom of the barrel pretty hard. Ron Jeremy looked like a beggar as he left Foxtail Lounge last night. We hope he wasn’t expecting photographer (we were the only ones to grab him), because going out in sweats and Crocs is just sad. Lauren Bosworth seemed to always resist a starring role on The Hills, but we guess that MTV finally threw enough money at the girl, because she’s all up in the drama on this season! We’re interested to see if she can retain her nice-girl thing. Lo was looking very nice yesterday though in her long, long dress. She had to pick it up to walk – how dainty! Lo went to a private house party and film set in Beverly Hills, California. Cute bag – is that a Treesje?

Doris Roberts has somehow managed to stop aging – seriously, this lady hasn’t cracked a wrinkle in the past decade or two. The Everybody Loves Raymond star had dinner last night at Mr. Chows in Beverly Hills, California. That’s disappointing. We only want her to eat cannolli and lasagna. It just seems wrong for Raymond’s mom to be eating out at trendy restaurants.

For a guy that doesn’t court much controversy, the public sure has stayed interested in Brody Jenner. He doesn’t do appearances and he’s not huge into the club scene OR the posing in public like SOME of his friends are. But was Spencer Pratt or Heidi Montag in that AT&T commercial? Nope, it was Brody. We saw him out yesterday in Beverly Hills, attending a private house party and film set alongside several other Hills stars.

Woah woah, is the rogue motorcycle gang out again? No, it’s just Woody Harrelson. He wore his cycle helmet as he made a run for it yesterday after having lunch at the ‘B’ rated Newsroom Cafe in West Hollywood, California. Interesting outfit. You would think that going to a street like Robertson Blvd would make him more conscious of the paparazzi presence and therefore more willing to be photographed. Woody is notorious for his hatred of the paparazzi. Foto ops like this don’t help his case.

Miley Goes For A Ride

Hannah Montana (a.k.a. Miley Cyrus) enjoyed herself yesterday at an amusement park in Santa Monica. The mega-star took a break from filimg what’s to be another Disney hit to ride some rollercoasters. It’s nice to see Miley enjoying a little down time; no matter how much you hate Miley and her whole scene or whatever, you have to admit that she works harder than half of the celebs hitting red carpets and nightclubs in Hollywood today. While she may not be setting a top-notch image with all of these fotos of her being released doing naughty things, we all must be honest with ourselves – she is certainly not the only teen girl taking pictures like that.Ã‚Â Take one look at Facebook or MySpace and you’ll see the same thing (only the girl in the picture will be lying and saying that she’s 18).Ã‚Â And at least she’s not getting DUIs and throwing fits in nightclubs.Ã‚Â

Who else can look so lovely & stylish in broad daylight besides Lindsay Lohan? She was on the set of Labor Pains today where did did a half a dozen costume changes.

As you can see, the camera adores her. It is not solely the brilliant talent of the paparazzo, it is also our beautiful California light. It is just about the best in the world. Van Gough might have left Arles for a side trip to Venice Beach.

There were a ton of paparazzi on the beach in Malibu photographing Miley Cyrus yesterday. Everyone of those paparazzi are waiting to capture that one special moment.

This is certainly one that stands out. We do not really care about what was happening on the set as that is all too dated within hours.

This one photo can tell a story and more importantly it will have a good archive life. As we always say, these fotos keep on selling.

Danny DeVito and wife Rhea Perlman enjoyed a romantic dinner together at Nobu Restaurant in Malibu, California yesterday. Danny and Rhea have been together for about 26 years which is amazing for Hollywood couples – and they are both on their first marriage even! So rare, and we salute any couple that can make it work in the crazy Hollywood business. They seem to get along very well still, and even work together well too – did you ever see Danny’s flick Matilda? It was great. Danny and Rhea were seen holding on to each other as they made their way to their car. Aw. It’s so nice to see real love in Hollywood.

This is a millionaire, ladies and gentlemen. Suzanne Somers is well known for her roles on Step by Step and Three’s Company, but that’s not where Mama made her cash money. Suzanne is quite the businesswoman (remember the Thighmaster?), and she recognizes a good thing when she sees it! Back when HSN launched, no one took it too serious. Suzanne did, and now she’s made a mint! Same goes for the paparazzi business – we were there when A-listers would smile and chat with us, it was so rare for their lives to be photographed outside the studio. Suzanne and her husband Alan Hamel enjoyed a romantic dinner at Nobu Restaurant yesterday in Malibu, California.
