Back in the day, there were three great photo agencies all base in Paris. Sygma, Gamma and our favorite Sipa. The owner of Sipa, Goksin Sipahhioglu was our good friend and mentor.

These agencies were certainly old school by today’s standards, but they fought for their photographers and seldom did buy outs. That is what Buzz Foto is all about.

This is a global business and these fotos have the potential to sell all over the world. If you have the right subject manor, there photographs continue to sell for years and years. Kind of like an IRA retirement account.

We just dug up this vintage photograph of Michael Jackson and Tatum O’ Neal from 1979. Both of them are have been in the news recently and that makes it a great excuse to push the foto again.
