Debra wore a blue dress with golden feathers. She also carried a bright red purse with a Jimmy Choo gift bag. Mm, pass that bag right along to us if you get bored with it, Debra! WET is a organization that challenges women stereotypes and advocates for equality in film, television and theater. Debra was joined on stage and later at the after party by her former cast mate ( from The Starter Wife) David Alan Basche. Debra also took time out to pose on the red carpet with Blythe Danner who also participated in the one night only performance. Debra said she enjoyed preforming on stage so much that she is interested in returning to New York to star in a broadway show. She even hinted that she had already spoken with a producer. The two, who have a son together, were happy and stayed close to one another as they smiled for the camera. Debra met her actor and screenwriter husband on their first day at graduate school at NYU in 1990 and have been together ever since!

The greatest people in the world come from Brooklyn and that is where Will and Grace star Debra Messing hails from.
