We believe in this little anecdote… especially when it comes to red-carpet dressing! Many young stars – free from the pressure of best and worst dressed list and the nagging of a stylist – have the ability to wear what they please on the red carpet, and often make fabulous choice that we can all learn from.

Teen television actor David Henrie stuck a ultra-trendy note at the Nims Island premiere in Hollywood this weekend. First, he’s exhibiting a big trend for men this spring: light denim. Paired with a casually worn button-down shirt, he can’t go wrong. And secondly, he’s the only guy in ages that we’ve seen pull of sneakers in a dressier situation. We usually hate sneakers at premieres or at clubs. But when they’re as cool as these Nike Dunks are, they work in a number of dressing situations.
