After a whirlwind of rumors of infidelity with mistress Rachel Uchitel, David Boreanaz emerged with his family in New York. Despite the rumors, David and his wife, Jaime Bergman, appeared to be working things out. During the day David took his son Jaden to central park before the whole family went out to dinner to celebrate David’s birthday.

This is a really sweet photo of David Boreanaz photo with his family from last night at Mastro’s in Beverly Hills. They felt comfortable with Charlie so they posed for this nice family photograph.

We are very sensitive about photos of celebrities with their children and we review everything on a case by case basis. Magazines also want photos of celebrities with their kids, but they are also concerned if the photos are a bit too intrusive.
