Sir Bob Puts it in Perspective

Irish singer and famed member of the Boomtown Rats, Sir Bob Geldof attended the Unesco Gala 2008 at the Maritim Hotel a couple days ago in Cologne (Köln), Germany. According to our photographer, Bob Geldof gave a speech that captivated the audience. He spoke of financial crisis in the world and said to not forget about the people in Africa that are still starving to death. He said that there is so much crisis on the planet, but every single person in a wealthy nation has the possibility to change something. He was quoted as saying, “The person who wears shoes, can walk over thorns. We people from the wealthy nation can walk over thorns and help those needy in Africa who walk barefoot.”

We Still Love Our Goldie!!

No matter how old and wrinkled Goldie Hawn becomes, we will still adore her. Getting older is a fact of life and none of us can avoid it.

Dear Goldie was attending the Unesco Gala 2000 at the Martim Hotel in Cologne, Germany. This foto comes from our good friend Daniel Hartnagel from the very popular German blog, Der Pottschalk.

Paris Disses The Germans

Paris Hilton arrived at the Cologne Hilton Hotel and gave her few waiting fans and the paparazzi not even a second of her time while in Cologne, Germany this weekend. Fans were waiting for the heiress to arrive at the hotel for hours, but when she finally did, she told them, “No time to pose! Sorry guys, I have a meeting,” She pulled a complete press no-no and gave her waiting fans the cold shoulder. Not good etiquette, Paris! The most ironic part: As much of a frenzy she causes in the states, AND even though The German Express wrote, according to a source, ‘Paris Hilton is in town!’ Only 12 fans actually showed up to greet Paris. I guess no one in Cologne actually gave a damn that she was in town.

We want to thank our friend in Germany, Daniel Hartnagel, for these shots of Paris! Please check his blog , www.PromiPranger.de.
