Girls Are Weirdos!!

Post-pop artist Todd Goldman opened his cool Pop Factory on Melrose yesterday. You would not believe it, but you could have started a modeling agency at the gallery last night. Loads of talent!

Todd just moved here from Florida and already is has dozens of beautiful friends including Paris and Nicki Hilton. We chatted briefly with Paris and Nicki about the collection and about their support of the arts. It was the first time that we met the girls and they appeared to be rather down to earth.

Henry and I enjoyed seeing our gracious hosts Heather Hyde and Chris Detert from American Rebel PR, who once again did an incredible job calling out all the the world media and the best of Los Angeles glitterati. We hope to see them again soon.

Watch for Todd’s new celebrity-driven cartoon series with Ashton Kutcher entitled “Blah, Blah, Blah”.

We are going to head back to the gallery this weekend to get a closer look at Todd’s brilliant work. Check it out: Pop Factory 8650 Melrose Ave ( right across the street from the PDC ).

Music Saves Lives

Last night Monster Energy Drink thew an amazing party for Music Saves Lives. While we where there, it was our pleasure to meet Russell Hornbeek the founder of Music Saves Lives. Russell in on a fantastic mission to educate the 16 to 28 year-old demographic on the importance of donating blood on a regular basis. He has a passion and you can feel it when you meet him.

The party was held at 86 Lounge which is an incredibly beautiful building that was once a speakeasy built in 1920. The crowd was refined, cool and artistic. To top off the evening, there was a special acoustic performance by Bert Mccracken and Quinn Allman from The Used.

We are definately going back to this lounge and we are told that VIP party or not, it is a gathering place for the eclectic and refined L.A. set. Thank you Heather Hyde and Chris Detert from American Rebel for inviting us to this lovely event. See you soon pals!
