The stars were all out last night in New York, there to pay homage to one of the most well-known and respected designers of our day, Valentino.

Stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, Anne Hathaway, Claire Danes, and fellow designer Carolina Herrera were on hand at the Roy and Niuta Titus Theater at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, New York in order to help celebrate the opening of “Valentino: The Last Emperor”.

The documentary looks at the life of fashion designer Valentino and is directed by Matt Tyrnauer. Valentino himself greeted the bigger names, looking very, very tanned and dapper.

Fashion designer Carolina Herrera never looks out of style or out of date – no matter what she’s wearing, she looks perfectly chic and put together. If only we all could look so great every waking moment! Christopher Peterson got these fotos of the New York based designer arriving at the Waverly Inn last night with her husband. She looked great, as always, in various pieces from her own collections.

Look at the magazines here in the USA, they are all full of young pretty celebrities. Good cash flow for a Paparazzo, but you need to look at the big picture and photograph anyone and everyone in the fashion biz. Our European clients all want fotos of all the designers out on the town just like this shot of Carolina Herrera leaving the Waverly Inn last night.

In another life, we are certain that Justin would have become a fashion designer. Guess it is never too late.

International Fotos That Sell Around The World

Last night in New York was Queen Sofia’s Spanish Institute 2007 Gold Medal Gala honouring President Bill Clinton and Penelope Cruz for their betterment of relations between Spain and the United States. EVERYONE was there, including Chris Peterson and Buzz Foto.

Does not matter where you are positioned at the event, if you can get a nice un posed photo like this one of Oscar De La Renta and Carolina Herrera away from any red carpet, you will get sales. This was an international event and the photos will be picked up by magazines and newspapers all over Europe.
