Former President of the United States Bill Clinton was in Times Square on New Year’s Eve to push the button to bring the ball down for the countdown in New York City, New York. President Clinton walked towards the crowd and posed for pictures and shook hands with fans. The Secret Service was there, allegedly frantic to try to control the excited crowd.
