Ben says, “Freeze!”
Former O.C. star Benjamin McKenzie has been making most of his public appearances lately in support of Barack Obama, but it looks like Ben is back to paid work! Ben is starring in a new television pilot called LAPD, and we caught these fotos of Ben filming yesterday in Los Angeles, California. Lookin’ good in that uniform, by the way! Ben filmed a segment where he yelled at a woman as he forced her out of her car. He detained a few people and placed them on the ground on a blanket.

Benjamin and Kerry Heart Obama, Too!
Kerry Washington and Benjamin McKenzie were in Texas the other day, showing some love for presidential candidate Barack Obama! The two journeyed to Austin, Texas where they made speeches and held signs at the University of Texas. Kerry Washington looked very poised in her suit with Obama pin. Benjamin opted for a more casual look, but both actors were definitely on fire for the candidate of their choice. These fotos are already going places with big magazines – around election time campaigning celebs generate a lot of interest.

Remember Benjamin McKenzie from the OC? We snapped this pic when he decided to eat dinner at STK Restaurant on February 15, 2008 in West Hollywood, California. We haven’t seen much from him lately, but we hear he’s got a film called ‘Johnny Got His Gun,’ scheduled for release later this year. Ben was feeling a little shy when we saw him. Aww, that’s so cute.
