It’s funny, just yesterday we were talking about how elusive Leonardo DiCaprio is – the man seems to take great joy in eluding prying camera eyes. But our photog was not to be fooled this afternoon when he spotted Leo and his GF Bar Rafaeli zipping around Beverly Hills on his scooter. Woah, Leo sans helmet? What would the po-po say? That’s a violation of Cali law, brotha! Leo pictures in and of themselves are rare enough, but pics of Leo breakin’ the law are all that plus a fun tidbit to talk about. Editors are going to be all over this shot.

Bar Rafaeli learned some bad habits from her ex-boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio, hiding her face from a photographer in Beverly Hills, California. Bar Rafaeli just finished shopping at Saks Fifth Avenue and walked down the street to get more shopping therapy at Barney’s New York Clothing Boutique. It is definitely the end of the world when a supermodel takes cover from a photographer. Bar Rafaeli walked fully loaded with shopping bags and a purse.
