Ryan Seacrest is a Momma’s Boy

Was there ever any doubt? Ryan Seacrest and Cast Members of the new NBC Show “Momma’s Boys” arrived at the Ivy in West Hollywood, California. It sure looked like a packed house! Ryan Seacrest is the executive producer of the show. The show is set to air on December 16, 2008 so stay tuned! We wonder if the viewers will show up in droves like the guests did at this party!

Buzzworthy: Flaming Booty

The very nature of West Hollywood means that there is a fast turnaround on clubs. Remember when Hyde was the place to be a couple years ago? Now, most of the A-listers have moved along to other, even more exclusive places. But one of the very few constants was the very famous strip club The Body Shop, which has been a staple of Hollywood for years and once got a shout out in the Motley Crue song, “Girls, Girls, Girls.” Well this place went up in flames yesterday, very sad. A fire damaged the club on Sunset Boulevard while two firefighters suffered minor injuries. Will The Body Shop recover and open its doors again? Only time will tell.

Mary Carries Some Weight

Former Erotic Actress, businesswoman, and politician Mary Carey made a public appearance last night at trendy eatery Mr. Chow’s in Beverly Hills, California. Mary was friendly and happy and in a great mood as she smiled for our photographer. Back in the day, Mary auctioned off her breast implants to the highest bidder. Looks like Mary upgraded herself to a bigger pair. Mary carries a Louis Vuitton purse.

Marty!

An old favorite Ernest Borgnine signs his new book called ‘Ernie, An Autobiography’ at the Borders book store in West Hollywood, California. This guy has won tons of awards (the big kind, the Academy Award kind) and he doesn’t seem to slow down. The movie Marty currently stands as the oldest film with a Best Actor performance from someone still alive, so Ernest is still setting records! Haven’t seen The Dirty Dozen? Go rent it. This guy is a classic and we’re glad to see him still working! He was in good sprits and made a few jokes with his fans. You’ll never guess how old this guy is. Go on, guess! Okay, we’ll tell you. He’s 91! It’s true folks, this guy ages like an expensive batch of botox.

Shatner Out

We simply can’t get over whatever universal injustice is preventing William Shatner from making a cameo appearance in the new Star Trek film. From what we heard, William was totally on board, but there was no invitation forthcoming. Damn. Maybe it’s all an elaborate ruse. We saw William as he did his best to stay busy at Book Soup in West Hollywood. He was there to sign copies of his new autobiography Up Till Now.

Wa Wa Barbara

We snapped a couple pics of Barbara Walters leaving CNN after being interviewed by Larry King yesterday in Beverly Hills, California. Barbara took some time to sign some copies of her new book Barbara Walters Audition – A Memoir. We wonder how memoirs even make any money – all the juicy good stuff is already out in the press!

Hollywood on Fire

Not a foto of a celeb but we thought that anytime Hollywood is burning we will be there! Basque Restaurant and Nightclub caught fire in the wee hours of the morning on the corner of Hollywood and Vine on April 30, 2008 in Hollywood, California. 45 fire companies helped in putting the fire out.
