Demi Lovato has had a busy New Year’s weekend. In addition to co-hosting the MTV’s NYE special, the star also performed her latest hit Give Your Heart A Break for screaming fans. The performance was said to be one of the best parts of the evening on MTV’s NYE In NYC 2012. Here she is leaving her Manhattan hotel and heading to the MTV Studio for the performance last night (December 31).
