A pregnant Kourtney Kardashian and a friend were seen shopping for Christian Louboutin shoes in Beverly Hills yesterday. Although Kourtney was dressed to the nines, she looked like she wasn’t feeling too well- she kept her arms crossed over her stomach and looked a little nauseous. Pregnancy can be rough!
