Prince William and Kate Middleton were spotted arriving at the Darwen Aldridge Community Academy (DACA) today in Darwen, England.
Prince William has been assigned the patron of SkillForce, a charity for educational growth for teens.

The Royal and his betrothed will be married at London’s Westminster Abbey on April 29.

Josh Kelley might be known around these parts as Katherine Heigl’s husband, but the 31 year old musician is definitely making a name for himself in the music industry. He’s a lot more than a beautiful celebrity’s husband. He’s got talent.

Josh Kelley’s debut country hit, Georgia Clay, isn’t the 31-year-old’s first go-round with Nashville. Ten years ago, while studying at Ole Miss, the Augusta, Ga., native showcased his songs for record labels in Music City. It didn’t go well. “I remember being sad on the drive back,” he says, “but everything happens for a reason.” He eventually went to Los Angeles and signed with Hollywood Records. “They turned all my bluegrass songs into pop songs,” he says.
Kelley met his wife, actress Katherine Heigl, when she co-starred in his Only You music video. “It was right before she hit, after, like, nine episodes of Grey’s Anatomy,” he says. “We were enamored with each other, and everybody knew it, too.” The two married in 2007 and now spend most of their time in Utah.
Kelley currently is supporting Miranda Lambert on her The Revolution Continues tour. “On the day of the first show, Miranda comes in and gives me a big hug. She’s like, ‘I am so glad we’re doing this,’ ” he says. “I never did that with any other artist I got to play for.” In August, he’ll join Taylor Swift’s tour for 13 dates.

“When we go out, people think my mom is my sister and my grandmother is my mom!” she tells In Touch. “They’re gorgeous!” Of course, the body she’s now so thankful for didn’t always feel like a gift from the fairy godmother of good genes.

“In high school, I was so self-conscious because I was so thin. Girls would say, ‘Oh, you’re too skinny.’” Once the former Hills star took up Pilates and started adding muscle to her naturally slight frame, her self-esteem soared, and she currently holds the title of most confident among her two sisters, married mom-of-two Casey, 24, and 15-year-old high school sophomore Sammy. “I don’t know how she does what she does,” Casey tells In Touch of her sister’s glam, skin-baring spreads in magazines like Maxim. “But I think she’s always been flawless.”

While there’s been a lot of plastic surgery talk when it comes to Audrina’s transformation from girl-next-door cutie to total sexpot, she tells In Touch she’s never “done anything,” but doesn’t judge people who have. “To each their own,” she says. “I do think people take it to such a point where they regret it, though,” she adds.

They say once you start, it’s hard to stop and Vanessa Hudgens finds this to be true when it comes to getting inked.
“I will hopefully get more tattoos,” the Sucker Punch star told PEOPLE on Wednesday at the West Hollywood release party of pal Ashley Tisdale‘s DVD, Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure. “I’m very obsessed recently. I still only have one, but I’m waiting for one of my friends to go get one so that I can come with, and bring my mom and my best friend. My sister is on her way for a piercing, and me and my mom are going to do the tattoos.”
