Sarah Michelle Gellar’s new pilot “Ringer” is getting rave reviews. Ellen.com said this:
“The dialogue is sharp and witty and, even without the words of Joss Whedon and company, will be perfect for Gellar’s classic Buffy-like dry and sarcastic delivery,” writes Lesley Goldberg. “As Buffy would say, it’s dark and twisty and just what you’d want for your favorite Slayer.”
Coming up this May, CBS will release the schedule for fall and if it is picked up, Ringer could start airing around September. Will you be watching?

Actress Sandra Bullock films a scene for her latest movie “Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close” at Benson Scrap Iron & Metal in Brooklyn. Sandra chatted with the scrap workers and films some of the action with her iPhone!
Sandra stars opposite Tom Hanks in the film, based on author Jonathan Safran Foer’s acclaimed novel.
Reports just surfaced that Sandra donated a $1 million to the Red Cross for disaster relief in Japan, which makes that the biggest celebrity donation for the crisis (so far).
