We don’t really know what to make of this news. After the overhyped let-down that was Sex and the City 2, it turns out Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon are all interested in revisiting their characters one more time.

Kristin Davis told Metro magazine the ladies are on board to do a third flick if the script is right. She says:
We all want to do it. I guess it’s just figuring out whether we can move the characters forward any more. The franchise is a huge moneymaker despite lukewarm critics’ reviews so it’s actually a possibility that the girls will hit the big screen again. We miss them as much as anyone, but a third flick might just completely ruin it for us. At this point, one has to wonder what they’d be covering—hot flashes, wrinkles, grandchildren?

What do you think, are you over the franchise or are do you want a third movie?

Colin Firth Promotes “The King’s Speech”

Colin Firth

English actor Colin Firth visits The Late Show with David Letterman at Ed Sullivan Theater to promote his new film. A charming, personal period drama, “The King’s Speech” follows England’ King George VI (Colin Firth) as he struggles to get over a stuttering problem with the help of a speech therapist (Geoffrey Rush) in 1936. A scene in which George — Queen Elizabeth II’s father — attempts to address a public crowd is heartbreaking as he gets caught on the consonants. Helena Bonham Carter sparkles as his wife (the future Queen Mum), and Firth’s already the frontrunner for the best actor Oscar.
