Enjoying her new retirement after turning in her Victoria’s Secret Angel wings, Heidi Klum seems to be jumping back into parenthood with both feet. We caught Heidi and her kids in our lens as they shoe shopped in Beverly Hills.

Speaking of her family in Life in 2007, Heidi said:
“In Germany—and this started with a newspaper headline — they call us “the Patchwork Family.” I was, like, Hmm, is this an insult or is this positive? I talked to Seal about it, and we’re, like, it’s actually kind of great — we’re all different shades and we came together and we all love each other. They may call it black and white, but I’m not white, I’m a shade of brown and so is our daughter, Leni. She’s the lightest, then it’s me, then it’s our son, and then it’s Seal. So I think, Hey, it’s actually kind of nice to have a ‘patchwork family.”

Heidi’s oldest daughter Leni is from Flavio Briatore, although he is not involved in the child’s life. Klum and Seal married on May 10, 2005, on a beach in Mexico. They have three biological children together: sons Henry Gunther Ademola Dashtu Samuel and Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel and daughter Lou Sulola Samuel. In December 2009, Seal officially adopted Leni, and her last name was changed to Samuel.

We caught up with actress Julianna Margulies as she was in the middle of filming a commercial for L’Oreal Paris as the new face of RevitaLift, the brand’s anti-aging line, in the East Village. She didn’t mind taking pictures of the scene herself!

She may have just announced her Victoria’s Secret retirement, but Heidi Klum won’t be slowing down on her mom duties anytime soon. The Project Runway super mom was seen running her kids to karate practice and later costume shopping with her kiddos for Halloween. Nobody does Halloween like Heidi!
