Kourtney, as well as sister Kim, have recently taken to Twitter to dismiss InTouch rumors of tension because Kourtney allegedly left Kim’s recent birthday party a bit early.

Kourtney tweeted, “Luv how the mags say I ditched @kimkardashian on her birthday. Duh I’m a mom u idiots. When I leave early its to go home to my son. Get a life.”

And Kim chimed in, “Kourtney is a mother! She has more important things to take care of and she had to be home with Mason! If she HAD been at the party all night with me, they probably would have reported that she should have been home with Mason and not out partying.”

We’re all for traditions, but if this story is true this is the best tradition yet and it’s hilarious! These two costars (the male is C List with film and television under his belt, she is B list and mostly known for film) made a movie several years ago together and became good friends. Although they were never officially romantically involved, they made a bet to see if they could sneak away at the Oscars and have sex in a bathroom without drawing attention to themselves. They did and now they’ve made a habit out of it. The source claims they are still only “just friends”, but they indulge in this Oscar tradition now once a year, so far, successfully.

Judge Elden Fox could sentence Lindsay Lohan up to one year behind bars when she appears for her probation violation hearing on Friday, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively .

A source close to the actress, 24, told RadarOnline.com: “Judge Fox could be inclined to sentence Lindsay on Friday up to one year in jail. The fact that he ordered Lindsay to appear, even though she is currently in rehab and not planning to fight the probation violation, has Lindsay’s legal team very, very, concerned.”

The insider continued, “Even though Judge Fox has previously said that any dirty drug test would result in an automatic 30 days behind bars, he could go above and beyond that and simply terminate her probation. If he does that, he can sentence Lindsay to up to one year in jail. She would get credit for time served from her stint at Lynwood earlier this year and would probably do four to five months in jail.”

As RadarOnline.com reported, Lindsay failed a drug test just 3 weeks after her release from UCLA Medical Center in August. She appeared in court and was immediately remanded to custody at Lynwood Correctional Facility. Her lawyer filed an appeal, however, and she was released after several hours. Lindsay then voluntarily checked into the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif. where she’s been receiving treatment.

A source close to Lindsay’s camp told RadarOnline.com, “I wouldn’t be surprised if she gets a year in jail and serves six months. I think everyone close to her would like to see her go back to rehab, but there’s an overwhelming feeling that something is going to happen to Lindsay if she doesn’t go away for a long time, so they’re reconciling with the fact that she could go to jail for a while. People are scared.”

As RadarOnline.com reported exclusively on Wednesday, Judge Fox has refused to meet with Lindsay’s lawyer and the DA before Friday’s hearing.

“Judge Fox is fair, but if there is an inclination that someone has violated his orders, he doesn’t have any patience for that,” the source told RadarOnline.com.

A representative for Christina Aguilera has dismissed rumours linking the newly-single singer to lesbian DJ Samantha Ronson – insisting they are “nothing more” than just good friends.

The Dirrty hitmaker announced her split from husband Jordan Bratman last week and subsequently filed divorce papers in a bid to officially end the union.

After news of the separation surfaced, the pop star was spotted spending time with Ronson, who previously dated actress Lindsay Lohan, leading to rumours linking the women romantically.

But a rep for Aguilera is adamant the stories are not true, telling the Chicago Sun-Times, “(It is) a good, longtime friendship and nothing more than that.”

GQ editor in chief Jim Nelson responded to a concerned Parents Television Council on the subject of his magazine’s sexy ‘Glee’ photo shoot, telling The Insider: “The Parents Television Council must not be watching much TV these days and should learn to divide reality from fantasy.”

According to TMZ, the Parents Television Council said the magazine’s photo shoot “borders on pedophilia,” adding it is “disturbing that GQ, which is explicitly written for adult men, is sexualizing the actresses who play high school-aged characters on ‘Glee’ in this way.”

GQ’s Nelson responded without mincing words: “As often happens in Hollywood, these ‘kids’ are in their twenties. Cory Monteith is almost 30! I think they’re old enough to do what they want.”

In PopEater’s recap of the photo shoot and article yesterday, we noted Dianna Agron’s comment, “I’ve never been shot in so little clothing.” We also noted she is 24 years old.

Nonetheless, the PTC calls the Terry Richardson photo shoot “near-pornographic,” adding, “The creators of ['Glee'] have established their intentions on the show’s direction. And it isn’t good for families.”

Contrary to the PTC’s concerns about the negative influence ‘Glee’ and the GQ piece will have on young viewers, 28-year-old high school dropout Cory Monteith is quoted in the article as saying, “The last thing I want to do is kind of imply to readers in high school that you too can drop out and be an actor and get on a big show and be famous and make a s***load of money.”

‘Glee’ co-creator Ryan Murphy also tells the magazine that while he was skeptical of doing a sugarcoated family show, he knew responsibility would come into play. “I wanted to do my version of a family show. But we try to be as responsible as we can, because we know some young people watch.”
