Well that’s was fast. Sources are reporting that Lindsay Lohan was just released from jail, hours after receiving a 30 jail sentence by Superior Court Judge Elden Fox. Lohan posted $30,000 bail and was released according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson.

Ordered again by the judge to wear an ankle alcohol monitoring device until her next court date on October 22, let’s hope the results are better this time around. Remember the last SCRAM bracelet incident? Lindsay was wearing it when it went off during an after party for the MTV Movie Awards. Her excuse for the slip up? Someone spilled their drink on it.
