This young and talented actress is going to star in a movie where the role requires she do something drastic to her appearance. She refused to do it at first because it requires a shaved head. No wigs or makeup, but really shaving off her hair. The movie is said to get some Oscar buzz, so she talked it over with PR and is going to do it. The only sad thing is, the person who she is secretly dating right now has threatened to dump her if she does. No joke. We think she’s better off without him.

New York City is full of all kinds of families, but our favorite kind belongs to Liev and Naomi. Australian actress Naomi Watts took her younger son Samuel Kai for a bike ride along with his father Liev Schreiber and older brother Alexander Pete yesterday to enjoy the sunny August sunshine together. Cutest celeb family ever? We think so.

Celebrities like Frank, Dean and Sammy do not exist today so it is a good thing we have this prolific photo of Frank Sinatra in the archives of BuzzFoto’s Brad Elterman. Brad saw Frank around town at parties and restaurants only a couple of times, always surrounded by rather large bodyguards. He had heard a rumor that there was a press conference for him at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Back then, if you heard about it and showed up, it was no problem. You could never do that today. Brad arrived early, got the free breakfast and sat in the front row to get this totally amazing photograph. You know how many photographers were there? About six. Incredible. Today there would be hundreds. Frank left the press conference alone, except for the driver of a rather unflashy station wagon. He was very cooperative that afternoon because he was trying to sell something: a fight at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. Watch out if you tried to photograph him when he had nothing to sell!

We love a good period piece, and love it even more when it’s starring such a beautiful and talented star! Ali Landry, in full 18th Century costume was seen filming scenes for Crescendo, a movie where Ali plays a German school teacher (yep, she allegedly learned German for the film).
