Heidi Montag is having a bad week. First divorce papers and now dealing with the death of the only man hands that can touch her since Spencer split. Heidi tweeted about the death of her Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan, 50, who remade her earlier this year. He passed away when his Jeep tragically plunged off a Malibu highway and into the ocean on Monday, according to a California Highway Patrol spokesman. Our hearts go out to his family, and patients.
