Is Ali Lohan using her sister’s misfortune to get attention? Sources at the scene were reporting that Ali seemed delighted with paparazzi attention while visiting her sister Lindsay Lohan in Jail. Ali also carried large bags of her sisters mail out of the facility, but not without lots of smile.
